I submitted a pull request to fix parallel_tests for bundler 1.3:

For those who haven't noticed, we disabled parallel_tests in TravisCI because Travis upgraded to bundler 1.3 which doesn't currently work with bundler 1.3. Travis now takes about 30+ minutes our test suite but after this PR gets merged we can move back to parallel_tests.
