Anytime we import a new version of pulp into koji for nightly builds we 
run the vcr tests against the new version of pulp.  We first run the 
runcible tests in all (live)  mode, and then we run the katello tests in 
all mode.  It greatly helps finding issues both on our side and new bugs 
that have popped up.

We do need to make sure to do that against candlepin, since we have vcr 
tests now.  So that should be a requirement before importing a new 
version into nightly.
