[katello-devel] suggestion: change menu "Administer -> Synchronization" to "Administer -> Jobs Monitor"

Several have commented that the 'Synchronization' menu (or tab, depending on the version of the UI) seems out of place. It could, in fact, fit right in if we renamed it and extended the types of tasks it contains. Currently it only shows active and scheduled syncs. I would suggest that other types of tasks could (should?) also be shown:

+ manifest import and deletes
+ scheduled manifest refreshes
+ async custom info applications

Thoughts?
