We could see about adding a filter to the subscriptions list perhaps? Like on the systems page there is a "match my system" filter.

That said, I'm not sure that assigning subscriptions to a system behaves as you expect either. Given that a system is registered to a CV, should only the subscriptions that apply to the content available in that CV be displayed?
