[katello-devel] katello-foreman-all installation issues and workaround

Hi,

With recent move of katello-configure to scl version of puppet, two issues
appeared when installting katello and foreman with it:

SELinux issue discussed in previous thread: temp workaround:

  setenforce 0

Foreman has some issues when system puppet not present:

/usr/share/foreman/lib/puppet_setting.rb:20:in `get': unable to get [:hostcert,

 18101 exit 1: ^[[1;31mError: Could not intialize global default settings: could
n't find HOME environment -- expanding `~'^[[0m (RuntimeError)
        from /usr/share/foreman/app/models/setting/provisioning.rb:8:in `load_de
faults'
        from /usr/share/foreman/config/initializers/foreman.rb:12:in `each'

Temp workaround:

  yum install puppet

Both workarounds need to be done before running katello-configure
