[katello-devel] F19 ahead

Since Fedora 19 is approaching fast (in one month) and there are some 
changes which affects us (e.g change from ruby(abi) to ruby(release)) I 
asked jblazek to import branched F19 into our Koji. And I will be slowly 
in spare time changing specs and rebuild thirdparty packages for F19.
I enabled automatic build for F19 for thirdparty. If you build something 
for F19 and it fails, you are free to ignore it. But you can fix it as 
well - if you want to.

Just giving note, so you are not puzzled why we have some F19 builds.
