Yes. It will ask you if you have a driver disk and then to insert it.
I hope it will work even with "prompt 0".
I use a slighly different syslinux.cfg file:

default none
prompt 1
display boot.msg
label ks
  kernel vmlinuz
  append network initrd=initrd.img ks=floppy

and manualy type "ks dd".
