loader/loader.c, found in the anaconda source RPM.

loader.c mentions several alternatives:

ks=cdrom:
ks=nfs:
ks=http://
ks=floppy
ks=hd:
ks=file:

These are documented in s1-kickstart2-startinginstall.html, in the
customization guide.

"ks=cdrom:/somewhere/on/the/cdrom" sounds like what you want. (I'm
talking about RH7.3. Your mileage may vary.)
