vesa

Is there a way to specify vesa in the xconfig directive within the kickstart file?
for AS2.1

this does not seem to work,

getting an anaconda error,
/usr/lib/anaconda/videocard.py, line 496 in locateVidcardByName
xconfig --depth 16 --resolution 1024x768 --defaultdesktop=KDE --startxonboot --card "Generic VGA compatible" --videoram 8192 --monitor "Generic Laptop Display Panel 1024x768"
or
--card "vesa"

system is a Dell GX270 Desktop. The video card is an Intel 865G which is not supported by the version of Xf86 used, however when I configure the X11 manually, vesa seems to work well.

Hmm, maybe I'll disable X during install, and manually copy the xf86 files.

-regards
