Re: kickstart monitor



One idea would be to chvt (man chvt) to a terminal and pipe
that output to a file or, install netcat early on, then pipe
the output through netcat (across the network) to your daemon. 

In fact, you could have netcat listening on your monitoring
server and forget writing a daemon all together.
