%pre script I would like to share

this autogenerates disk partitioning info, package selections, X options, 
whether or not to do an interactive install, and a few other things.  It 
helps our production facility and cuts down my maintenance on kickstart 
scripts.  Perhaps one of you will find it usefull, or see something I'm 
doing that is incredibly dumb (:
