NFS mount temporarily hangs during %post

I added the nolock option to the mount and started portmapper in my post
script.  It seems to be proceeding fine now without delay.  Thanks all!

Yep, or perform the NFS mount in a separate, prior "%post --nochroot".
IIRC, the necessary kernel modules are not present in the 2nd stage
installer image, so must have been loaded as a result of fetching the
2nd stage itself via NFS.
