kickstart hangs

That didn't seem to affect it.  The last line in the messages on tty3 is:

* waiting for link
* 0 seconds

After sitting in this state for about 10 minutes, it goes on.  I added
the --hostname option to the line in the ks.cfg.

*shrug*
