kickstart seems not to process: ks.cfg

Hello list

I'm trying to install RedHat Enterprise LINUX V 3.0 over the network. I have
no keyboard, mouse or monitor connected to the server. Instead I'm using the
serial port as a console. The server itself is a SUN VX60.

The following steps are performed:

1. dhcp / pxeboot
2. load ks.cfg via nfs
3. install OS via nfs

Step 1 works fine. 
However there are complaints about missing parameters:
