Help!!! Windows partitions getting clobbered!!!....

I have a follow-up question:  What does

clearpart --all --drives=hda

According to the docs, '--all' means 'Erases all partitions from the system'
which would suggest the '--drives' is meaningless.  Or does it really mean
'Erases all partitions from drive hda'.
