partition cciss/c0d0 using ks.cfg file with multiple cciss devices attached

OK, I figured it out.  I had one additional filsystem added to my ks.cfg 
file which I didn't list below.  I removed that additional filesystem 
and it worked fine.  I obviously have an error in that fs description 
that for whatever reason I can't see.  Anyway, thanks for the response.  
Your success prompted me to review my own settings closer.
