Ejecting CD after kickstart installation

We can't really make new anaconda releases for FC since that involves
making new ISO images and our mirrors understandably don't want to deal
with that.

However, have you tried adding:

   eject /tmp/cdrom

to your %pre or %post --nochroot script?  One of those might work,
depending on how soon you want to be able to get at the CD.
