Issue with installing RHEL from a Kickstart file/pxe fromhttpURL

This option could have been a possible reason
but i checked, no firewall running.

Without any proxy setting , able to open the url in mozilla. 
wget is also working fine, from another system which is in the same subnet.

How about "there is a firewall between my box and the installation
server that blocks my custom port"?
