how to install a custom XEN kernel & rpm's from kickstart?

So, so I just copy them to the CentOS folder on the CD, or where else 
should they go? I need to keep everything on the CD, since it will be at 
remote locations like colocation providers or client's without internet 
& extra repo server(s)
