RHEL 5.4 - kickstart from USB external DVD

Roger, I don't wan't to be rude, but a search enginee like google will
provide you with the answers.

I have used this,
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/linux/library/l-initrd.html#N100D7
but that was 3 years ago and for CentOS.
