RHEL 7 problems.

the  volume name in your mkisofs command (—V option)  must match the LABEL
value in the isolinux.cfg file exactly....  minus the x20 used for spaces.

yours don't match :

-V
'Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2'

hd:LABEL=RHEL-7.2\x20Server.x86_64
