[kpatch] kpatch with proprietary module

Hi all,

I was able to successfully patch an "out of tree" GPL licensed kernel
object using kpatch tools.  Now, I have this "out of tree" legacy kernel
object with license type "proprietary". I want to patch this module using
kpatch. Is it possible to use kpatch on proprietary modules? If not, does
Red Hat have any plans that will allow us to use kpatch on proprietary
modules?
