This is a bug in pod2html.  However it doesn't materially affect the
generated HTML pages so I'm not worried.

I'd like to be able to get inter-page links working in the HTML
documentation.  At the moment if you look on the site you'll see they
are broken.  I've not looked very closely at the problem yet.
