[Libguestfs] FYI: /etc/fstab.d

Upstream util-linux introduced support for /etc/fstab.d/*.fstab files.
So far these are not used in Fedora.

This is the change.  The comment above the mnt_tab_parse_fstab
function describes how these files are parsed in detail.
