[Libguestfs] Windows P2V migration temporary recipe

No.  For right now, you have to install libguestfs-winsupport **somewhere** so you can grab the necessary files.  

That's why it says to install on RHEL 6.1.  The idea is, install libguestfs_winsupport on **RHEL**, get the necessary files and copy them to the Fedora migration server.  If the files aren't in Fedora, how else does anyone get them?
