Sorry, but I had to revert this one as it broke normal in-tree builds
(I only spotted this after doing a 'make distclean').

    rake/rdoctask is deprecated.  Use rdoc/task instead (in RDoc 2.4.2+)
    rake/gempackagetask is deprecated.  Use rubygems/package_task instead
