[Libguestfs] [PATCH (incomplete)] Rewrite virt-sysprep in OCaml.

This patch is incomplete but it illustrates the idea.  virt-sysprep is
rewritten as a modular tool in OCaml.

Only the 'utmp' and 'hostname' operations are implemented at the
moment.
