[Libguestfs] [PATCH v2] lib: update inspect_list_applications to return all installed RPMs (RHBZ#859885)

I diffed the output of old/new virt-inspector on a handful of RHEL3+
and Fedora 15+ guests, and the changes in the output are in line with
expectations.
