[Libguestfs] compile libguestfs 1.19.35

yes, i followed the steps of README, run "./configure" and "make" without any 
parameters, i think all the dependencies have been installed because of "./configure"
could be run successfully. 
and just now, i rerun "./configure" & "make" for checking, but 
the error still happened.

Python is missing or broken.  Install Python?  ./configure --disable-python?

Did you follow the steps for installing all the dependencies
which is in the README file?
