[Libguestfs] [PATCH 05/12] generator: Make stamp-generator in the Makefile.

Since stamp-generator is a Makefile thing, make it in the Makefile,
not in the generator itself.

Also this ensures stamp-generator is created in the builddir, not in
the source directory (fixing separated builds).
