It was installed via yum on fedora18:

# rpm -qva|grep guest
libguestfs-tools-c-1.20.9-1.fc18.x86_64
libguestfs-tools-1.20.9-1.fc18.x86_64
libguestfs-1.20.9-1.fc18.x86_64
