[Libguestfs] [PATCH 4/6] ruby: install to vendor_ruby.

I pushed this patch which should make both your and my non-upstream
Ruby patches obsolete:

  https://github.com/libguestfs/libguestfs/commit/87c9ec881cb695724e01d9f6fc9df996d4c67cb6

All you need to do is modify the make install command to add:

  make INSTALLDIRS=vendor install

(which you should be doing anyway, because Perl bindings have always
required it.)
