Thanks Tingting.  I have opened a bug about it:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=916990 (upstream v2v)
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=916991 (RHEL 7 v2v)

It's possible these bugs need to be reassigned to libguestfs, but at
the moment I've simply no idea what's going on.
