Done but with LIBGUESTFS_DEBUG=1 (I already had it) :

Anyway, I have a working VM now.  I added:

    <dep name='selinux-policy-targeted' minversion='2.4.6-203.el5'

  </capability>

to /var/lib/virt-v2v/virt-v2v.db
