[Libguestfs] [libguestfs] use pkg-config to look up ncurses (#11)

NACK.
Something needs to be done, but overlinking every program to ncurses
isn't it.  I think the configure script should prob look for ncurses
or curses when tinfo/termcap doesn't exist.  I'll have a look when I
get back.
