If the interval between 1.30 and 1.32 is going to be the same, it is likely 
that 1.32 would miss the next Ubuntu LTS. Given that the OpenStack 
infrastructure relies and uses Ubuntu a lot, it would be easier to suggest its 
usage and testing if it's also included there.
