[Libguestfs] [PATCH] mllib: Add String.map function for OCaml < 4.00.0.

I pushed this patch and the 1.32 branch one, because they were
confirmed to work by someone trying to get libguestfs working on
Debian 7 last night.  Unfortunately there are other problems which I'm
still looking at.
