libguestfs will be updated to 1.32.6 in RHEL 7.3, see

As a consequence, it will be updated also on CentOS 7.3 after that.

virt-v2v shipped with libguestfs >= 1.30 should be able to convert
Oracle Linux, see: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1174280
