[Libguestfs] [PATCH] tests/qemu: Add program for tracing and analyzing boot times.

[Sorry the cover letter is after the patch, but I couldn't work out
how to attach something to a cover letter in git send-email.]

This commit adds a program that measures the appliance boot process,
trying to determine which bits take longest.  It produces output
similar to that attached.

This patch is not quite finished yet, but I think it demonstrates a
few points already, those points being that SeaBIOS is really slow and
qemu has a lot of overhead.
