[Libguestfs] virt-sysprep and immutable files

Yes, this is a bug.  virt-sysprep should do something other than fail,
although I'm not sure what.  Can you file it in BZ?  What would be
better behaviour?  What was it trying to do -- inject ssh keys or
remove user accounts?
