[Libguestfs] [PATCH v2 4/7] appliance: Don't run hwclock command.

This command alone took 0.3 seconds which is about 10% of the current
launch time.  It appears to be unnecessary.

This reverts commit 508f1ee87e816bf6b6fc8e629ccbb2d61a971169.
