[Libguestfs] status of virt-resize support for xfs?

Hey there everyone!
Trying to use virt-builder to download & resize the standard fedora-23
image from libguestfs.org ...

I thought virt-resize supports expanding xfs
<http://libguestfs.org/virt-resize.1.html> so I'm confused here. Is
libguestfs in f23 not built with xfs support? How about f24?
