Thanks for the detailed debugging information.  I believe you are
hitting this bug:

This was a bug in qemu-kvm-rhev-2.12.0-11.el7.x86_64 and should be
fixed in qemu-kvm-rhev-2.12.0 >= -13.el7.x86_64 which will be
available in RHEL 7.6 very soon.
