[Libguestfs] [PATCH v2 0/2] v2v: Add -o openstack target.

Matt and I reviewed this together in a private video conference.

Here are my notes from that meeting:

metadata service?
 - config disk or known link local address
 - deployment specific
 - could remove requirement for -oo server-id later

openstack volume show
 - sleep in the loop
 - should timeout if the volume takes too long to become available
 - can stay in creating state forever

delete cinder volume
 - update volume_ids incrementally

image properties
 - only set them on the first disk

atexit
 - probably need to wait for detach to complete

how do we identify which volumes belong to a guest to CFME?
 - volume (not image) metadata property?
 - need an ID from CFME
 - volume order (bootindex)
