[Libguestfs] [PATCH disk-sync 2/5] Rearrange nbdkit parameters.

No real change here, but:

 * Put the -s and --exit-with-parent options first.  Keep filters and
   plugin together.

 * Remove --newstyle option, it's not needed in any sufficiently
   recent version.
