[Libguestfs] [PATCH v2 11/11] rhv-upload: Clean up username and password

As this is all pretty obvious stuff and passes the internal tests
(which are not very thorough) I have pushed it.  If there are further
changes that come about based on review or real world testing we can
apply them on top.
