[Libguestfs] [v2v PATCH 1/5] build: remove extra gnulib submodule

There is already the "gnulib" submodule, so the ".gnulib" submodule is
redundant.  Moreover, it is not actually used by git, as its name starts
with dot (which is a configuration separator).
