BTW if you have a locally built version of libguestfs then this
should work from the virt-v2v directory:

../libguestfs/run ./configure && make

It's been in various stages of working and broken since we split
virt-v2v out from libguestfs, but I believe at the moment if you have
the latest versions of both it ought to be working.
