[Libguestfs] [nbdkit PATCH 10/10] plugins: Wire up nbd plugin support for NBD_INFO_INIT_STATE

Aside from my comments made on particular patches, this patch series
is fine.

I do think we should split up the libnbd get_init_flags into two
separate calls though, and that changes some of the nbdkit tests a
little.
