[Libguestfs] [PATCH 4/3] build: exclude common/mlv2v from distcheck

Patch 3 is interesting, I'll be interested to see if that ever causes
a problem (eg. if we had two same-named OCaml modules in different
directories?), but let's take it anyway.  The other patches are
obvious.
